100-Day Return Policy for Gravity Mattress
Gravity Products wants you to love your mattress! If after 100 days you do not find your mattress to be a good fit, we kindly ask you to request a return authorization for a refund of your order. Please read the return instructions below.
As part of our goal to be as environmentally friendly as possible as well as our commitment to supporting charitable causes, returns will be processed in the form of a donation to local charities and organizations whenever possible.
Submitting a Return Request for Gravity Mattress
If you want to return the mattress within 100 days of the arrival of your mattress, please reach out to email@example.com and include the following information within your email:
- Name On Order
- Order #
- Email address order was placed under
- Shipping Address
- Reason for return
- photo of mattress
To accept the return, the product must be in a good and suitable condition to be donated.
Coordinating a Contactless Pickup for Donation
Once we have authorized the return, the Gravity team will work to find a local donation partner to come and collect your mattress; these partners can include larger organizations or local churches, synagogues, mosques, or charities. We will put you in touch with the charity directly and we ask that you work with them to arrange a drop off or pick-up time.
Once the donation of your authorized return is complete, please provide a donation receipt or photo of the donation and we will be happy to refund your order.
*If other Gravity Products are purchased with the mattress as part of a bundle, they will fall under their respective return policies.
