Gravity Products is composed of a very small team which means we do not currently have the staffing to manage a customer service phone line in addition to our customer service email portal. We're hoping to build our team to the point where we can incorporate a phone line soon.

Customer Service is not very good. Have been unable to contact them even on line!
Gravity is avoiding the issue which is that they have way understaffed customer support to the extent that there is NO customer service. I made an error in selecting the size for bedding and reached out to Gravity within 15 minutes to correct. They were unable to accommodate my request for a correction. I'll take my business somewhere where there is customer services and not just an order taking system.
Very conerned about placing orders. Online platform does not get information correct. Orders go astray. Customer Service unresponsive within minutes to correct errors. 24hr later emails say unable to do anything about problems. Product may be good as they say, but how to get hands on them thru the online tangled web...
