If you have purchased items between November 10th through December 10th, you are eligible for a return or exchange until January 10th, 2022. Additionally, all orders placed after December 10th will follow our standard 30 day return policy, which you can find here.
Please note three items that will remain in effect:
- All returns and exchanges must be approved by customer support and follow our standard return or exchange policy, which you can find here. The Holiday Return Policy simply notes the extended return/exchange window.
- The returned item must be undamaged (new condition) and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging.
- Weighted Sleep Masks and Thermo-Comfort masks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. View more here.

*If you ordered a backordered item and received it after November 11th, you are eligible for the extended Holiday return window.
Wrong address disclaimer:
Kindly note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Gravity Products is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. Gravity Products will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. If Gravity Products needs to contact a shipping provider to change your address or have your item returned to us before the item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for a $25 restocking fee. If you are seeking an item exchange, the restocking fee is not applicable. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $25 restocking fee. If your item is a duvet or a sleep mask, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $10 restocking fee.
