The holiday season is almost upon us. Whether you’re a planner or scrambler, the last thing you want to think about is the return/exchange policy if your loved one wants to change up their gift.
Starting November 11th, we are extending our return policy for the holiday season. All purchases made from November 11th through December 11th will be eligible for returns/exchanges until January 11th, 2020. Additionally, all orders placed after December 11th will follow our standard 30 day return policy, which you can find here.
Please note two items that will stay remain in effect:
- All returns and exchanges must be approved by customer support.
- Weighted Sleep Masks and Thermo-Comfort masks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. View more here.
