30-Day Return Policy for Blankets, Duvet Covers, Gravity Sheets, and Weighted Robe
We want our customers to love their experience with Gravity products. If in the first month you conclude your purchase is not a good fit or that you would prefer a different product instead, we welcome you to request a return authorization by emailing email@example.com. Once the below information has been received, we can then approve your return and provide you with the return address. Be advised that returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery, the return item must be undamaged (new condition), and customers are responsible for all return shipping charges and packaging. The item must be sent via mail - we cannot process returns or exchanges in person. If you go to the location in person, your return will be voided and you will no longer be able to return or exchange your item.
To expedite this process, please include the following information within your email:

- Email address order was placed under

- Reason for return
- Choice of exchange or refund
- Image of product in original packaging (The plastic case)*
The image of the product in its original packaging (plastic case) is a non-negotiable. We need the requested image for a multitude of reasons, but a big reason is to protect customers from any financial liability in the case that damage occurs during transit. The image of the blanket in the plastic packaging proves the condition of the product prior to shipment.
We cannot accept your return without the plastic case. We need the plastic casing so that the blanket gets from your home to our distribution safely. Additionally, the item is a piece of bedding, and therefore we have to be very strict due to safety and hygiene. If on the commute back the blanket picked up a pest it could contaminate our entire distribution center.

If you believe that your product has arrived with damage or defect, please contact customer service within 30 days to return items of poor quality for a refund/exchange. Please include a description and photo verification of the damage in your email.
We currently do not have a warranty on Gravity Products outside of the return policy window, but check out our FAQ's with information on how to best use and upkeep your Gravity items.
*If the item is a Gravity Travel blanket:

Wrong address disclaimer:
Kindly note that if an inaccurate address has been provided and not brought to our attention prior to delivery, Gravity Products is not held accountable and the order will be shipped to the address provided. Gravity Products will not provide refunds for wrong information that has been submitted by the customer. If Gravity Products needs to contact a shipping provider to change your address or have your item returned to us before the item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for a $25 restocking fee unless your item is a duvet cover or a sleep mask, in which case you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $10 restocking fee. If your item is returned to us due to inaccurate shipping information or due to refusal, you will receive a refund for the product returned minus a $25 restocking fee. If you are seeking an item exchange, the restocking fee is not applicable.
