Once your order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipping. When your order is ready for shipping and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number (FedEx for US and Canadian orders) and a link to view the status of your delivery/estimated delivery date. (Be advised cancellations/changes to orders are unable to be completed after this point).
Orders are estimated to arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment within the continental US. Orders for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are estimated to arrive within 10-14 business days of shipment. We cannot offer expedited shipping.
Customized orders may take an additional 3-5 business days to allow time for the product to be embroidered.
If your order has not shipped in over two weeks, please notify us at email@example.com. This may mean there may be an issue in fulfillment/delivery that we can work to get resolved.
We do not ship to APO, PO and FPO boxes.
From our website, we are only currently shipping to the United States and Canada. We are also available at Indigo online and in select retail stores for those in Canada.
